馬景野說,指標性病原菌超標,可能是因飲品製作過程當中人員衛生欠安或操作欠妥、飲品保存欠妥或器具不潔,造成飲品受細菌污染增生,衛生局已開出3萬元罰鍰,並列入重點查查對象,將不按期追蹤抽驗及查核。

另外,夏日高溫潮濕的環境輕易滋長細菌,民眾選購飲冰品時,除選購衛生靠得住和諾言優越廠商製售食品外,亦應妥帖保存並盡早食用終了,以確保食用平安。

衛生局增補呼籲,食物業者應重視食物製作流程中各項衛生辦理,包括原料驗收及貯存經管、食物留存與品保、連結情況整潔與落實人員衛生辦理。
